Key Account Manager - retail industry

As subsidiary in Poland, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who will support us in building a new sales market- retail industry (eg. Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania).

Responsibilities:

  • active acquisition of new contractors within the assigned market (retail - eg. Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania),
  • presentation of the bekuplast brand offer directly to customers (min. 50-60% of the time actively during meetings with potential/current customers),
  • preparation of calculations and offers with the guidelines applicable in the Company,
  • preparation contracts in consultation with the superior and supervising their implementation,
  • monitoring and analyzing trends within the serviced market (competition, prices, behavior),
  • keeping records of activities in the ERP / CRM system in accordance with the adopted rules,
  • representing the company at fairs, conferences and other industry events,
  • building and taking care of a positive brand image,
  • reporting results from current activities to the superior,
  • performing other work assigned by the superior.

We expect from candidates:

  • knowledge of the retail industry - a necessary condition,
  • minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
  • experience in packaging industry (optional),
  • Car Driver’s License category B
  • higher education (optional),
  • knowledge of Czech (native),
  • knowledge of English at C1 level,
  • experience with ERP/CRM support,
  • knowledge of MS Office,
  • good work organization.
